When you purchase access to content on UpNex, you receive a personal, non-transferable streaming license for the duration of the specified viewing window. This means:

  • You may stream the content on your personal devices
  • You may watch the content as many times as you like during the viewing window
  • Access is tied to the account used for the purchase
  • The license expires at the end of the stated viewing window

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Recording: Screen recording, audio recording, or any form of capture of the content
  • Downloading: Downloading, saving, or storing any copies of the content
  • Redistribution: Sharing, uploading, streaming, or distributing the content to any third party or platform
  • Public performance: Playing the content in public venues, events, or gatherings without explicit written authorization
  • Account sharing: Sharing your login credentials to allow others to access your purchased content
  • Circumvention: Using tools, software, or methods to bypass digital rights protections or access controls

Copyright Protection

All content available on UpNex is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. The content creators and rights holders retain full ownership of their work. Your purchase provides a viewing license only — it does not transfer any ownership rights.

  • Immediate revocation of access to purchased content
  • Permanent account suspension
  • Legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief
