By accessing or using UpNex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
UpNex provides a platform for content creators to distribute premium streaming content, including but not limited to video, audio, and image media, on a pay-per-view or subscription basis.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase.
When you purchase access to content on UpNex, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the content for the duration of the stated viewing window. This license does not grant ownership, download rights, or redistribution rights of any kind.

Content availability is determined by the content creator and is subject to the viewing window specified at the time of purchase. UpNex does not guarantee perpetual access to any content.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including unauthorized distribution of content. Upon termination, your license to access purchased content is revoked.
UpNex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpNex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
