Refund Policy

Overview

Because UpNex provides access to digital streaming content, all purchases are generally considered final once access has been granted. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Technical failure: You were unable to access the content due to a platform error that was not resolved during the viewing window
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same content
  • Content not delivered: The content was never made available during the stated viewing window
  • Unauthorized purchase: A purchase was made without your authorization (subject to investigation)

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchasing
  • Failure to watch content before the viewing window expired
  • Dissatisfaction with the content itself
  • Issues caused by your internet connection, device, or browser

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at premium.media@upnex.com with:

  • Your email address used for the purchase
  • The name of the content purchased
  • The date of purchase
  • A description of the issue

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first so we can resolve any issues directly.
